Welcome to our salty world!

Each year a collective of southern new England farmers work together to promote and celebrate the regional sugar-kelp harvest that takes place in March, April and May. What started as “kelp week” has morphed into kelp month. Join us in a KELP CRAWL where you can visit over 50 participating restaurants and breweries that are serving a kelp entree, appetizer, dessert or cocktail.

Learn about kelp, support local farmers and restaurants, and help uplift a very sustainable and healthy local crop.
